As a new patient, you’ll be given the grand tour of our office to help you feel right at home during your first visit . One of our team members will be happy to show you our iPad zone, and introduce you to some of our cool programs like MO Money. We recommend that you come with the forms below already completed so that you can make the most of your first visit. But other than that, the only thing you need to bring is a parent or guardian (unless you are 18 or over). And your smile, of course. Don’t forget that!
