COVID-19 UPDATE FROM MOROCO ORTHODONTICS

Greetings MO Friends & Family! 

At Moroco Orthodontics our goal has always been to treat patients in a comfortable and safe environment.  We are following all guidance from our Federal and State government to keep our patients and team safe.  The following describes the things our team members are doing to keep everyone healthy. 

Team MO is following ADA/FDA/OSHA and CDC recommendations.

We are asking all employees and patients with flu like symptoms to stay home to minimize contact with patients and other team members.  By signing in for your appointment you agree that:  

1. You have not tested positive for COVID in the last two weeks.
2. You have not been around anyone that has tested positive for COVID in the last two weeks.
3. You are not experiencing coughing, fever or shortness of breath or any other flu like symptoms

If any of these apply to you or anyone in your family, please call our office and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. 

We are a healthcare facility thus we are requiring that anyone entering the office wear a mask at all times unless instructed by the doctor or assistant.  To minimize exposure in the office we are:

1. Staggering appointment times to limit the number of patients in the office at a time.
2. Asking that one parent accompany minors to their appointment and try to avoid brining additional siblings to the office. 

Team MO is doing the following to keep the office clean and safe:

1. Using steam heat sterilizing on instruments (as usual).
2. Asking all patients to sanitize their hands when entering the office. 
3. Sanitizing countertops and common areas more frequently. 
4. We have added 2 air purifying systems with UV-C light in our high traffic areas.
